Partner-logo-Indo-Italian-Chamber-of-CommerceFounded in 1966, the Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IICCI) is a non-profit organisation recognised by the Italian Government. Its objective is to promote and enhance trade and economic relations between India and Italy. Today, IICCI accounts for more than 1100 active members, coming from diverse sectors of industry with a pan-India presence. IICCI has its head office in Mumbai, and regional offices in New Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai, as well as a representative office in Goa.

In the past few years the IICCI had identified four strategic areas, as focus sectors to be developed as they offer immense opportunities for future Indo-Italian collaborations, such as infrastructure & building, energy & environment, agriculture & food technology.

IICCI plays an active role in organising business meetings, international trade fairs, seminars, conferences and round tables to promote knowledge sharing between the two countries. It also coordinates and manages business and institutional delegations, to stimulate both the Italian and Indian markets. It is primarily due to these activities that IICCI has developed strong ties within India and in Italy largely with sectoral associations, public and governmental bodies and well known personalities within the industrial and local media sectors.

Drawing from 45 years of experience and thanks to a team of qualified professionals the chamber provides ongoing services to firms and companies in order to undertake various business operations such as outsourcing, global marketing and consultancy, for the successful implementation of joint ventures and strategic alliances and to assist in legal, fiscal and customs issues.
